Musée du Coquillage

The Musée du Coquillage features some 50,000 shells and naturalized marine animals.

Remarkable & exceptional pieces with numerous size records (cones, stoup, melo amphora, …)

Thousands of shells in remarkable shapes and colors, for the pleasure of young and old alike.

We exhibit many species of shark and fish, as well as crustaceans, corals, sea fans, starfish and other curiosities from the ocean floor…

The Benitiers, the king of shellfish, the largest bivalve in the world, is presented in the dome room, a shell unique in its size.
