1. What is the deadline for paying the remaining amount for my stay?

For rentals and pitches , this amount must be paid at the latest 1 month before your arrival on our premises.

If you booked less than a month before your stay, we require that the whole amount of your stay be paid by credit card only.

For the pitches, it is possible to extend your stay on site (according to availability). We thank you to inform the reception and to pay each night the day of the extension.

2. I’m not 18 yet. Can I still come to the campsite with my friends?

We only welcome minors if they are accompanied by their legal guardian and for the entire duration of the stay.

3. How many people can be on a pitch?

The rate is fixed for a maximum of six people.

4. How many people can stay in a mobile home?

The number of people is determined according to mobile home categories: 

Plage : 2 people / Horizon : 4 people / Evasion, Azur : 5 people / Grand large : 6 people / Sable: 8 people / Bahia : 2bdr 4people / 3bdr 6people / Lagon : 2bdr 4people /  3bdr 6 people. 

No additional people can be accommodated for, and babies are included in the number.

5. How many people can stay in an ecolodge?

Four people maximum. No additional people can be accommodated for.

6. I took out cancellation insurance, what are the cancellation conditions? 

You can cancel your stay if you have taken out our cancellation insurance. You will be refunded only if the reason for your cancellation falls under the terms of the cancellation insurance. Please check our cancellation policy

7. At what time should we arrive and leave?

  • For mobile home or ecolodge rentals: Arrivals from 4pm – Departures at the latest at 10am.
  • For pitches: Arrival from 2pm – Departures before noon.

8. What happens upon arrival?

The arrivals are done in drive in order to facilitate your installation on the campsite.
We thank you for sending us all the requested documents the week before your arrival, via our application or by mail:
– deposit
– license plate
– health pass for all participants
– first and last names of all participants

9. What should we do in case we arrive late?

Do not hesitate in calling us or sending us an email to warn us about your late arrival. You will find instructions both in our app and in the board next to the reception. We kindly ask our guests to show up at reception the next morning before noon to get paperwork sorted out.

10. Should we bring our own sheets?

All our rentals have duvets or blankets and pillows. You can bring your own bed linen or rent bed linen kits on site. Otherwise, you can rent a kit before your arrival, €12 per kit. Sheet kit are included in mobile home Lagon and Bahia. 

11. Do mobile homes have a TV?

Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with a TV.

12. Are pets allowed on campsite premises?

We do not allow pets on campsite premises.

13.  Is it allowed to wear swimming shorts in the aquatic area?

In our aquatic area, swimming shorts are forbidden. French law requires swimmers to wear swimming trunks or swimsuits.

14. Is the pool heated?

Our entire aquatic area is heated all season long. 

15. Is there Wi-Fi throughout the campsite and is it free?

There is free WI-FI access at the bar. You will receive one free access per pitch and three free acces per Premium accomodation. 

16. Does the campsite offer entertainment? Is it included in campsite rates?

Yes, the campsite puts on activities during July and August. They are generally included in campsite rates, with some exceptions.

17. Do visitors have free access to the aquatic area?

Yes, but they will have to pay 6€ per person to have acces to our aquatic area. 

18. When are the snack bar and bar open?

The snack and bar are open from May to September. The opening hours are subject to periodicity.

19. What types of barbecue are allowed?

Charcoal barbecues are allowed. You can bring your own or rent charcoal barbecues on site. Electric barbecues and planchas are prohibited.

20. How far away from the campsite is the beach, as well as cycle paths and the town centre?

The beach is located 700m away from the campsite. You can access via a block of holiday homes through a pathway. Access to cycle paths starts opposite the campsite. The town centre is 4.5km away.

21. How much is a deposit ? 

The deposit is 200€ for the accommodation rental, no deposit will be asked for the pitch rental. The deposit will be requested by bank imprint, one week before your arrival, via our application TIPIZ. It will not be debited.

Please contact your bank to verify the eligibility of your card for this deposit. It will be cancelled after inspection of the accommodation within 14 days after your departure.

We remind you that the pitches and the rentals must be left in a perfect state of cleanliness. Otherwise, a deposit of 100€ will be retained.

22. I have booked a mobile home, can I put a tent on my pitch ? 

Whether it is for a rental or an ecolodge tent, no tent can be installed on the pitch.
