1. What is the deadline for paying the remaining amount for my stay ?

For rentals and pitches , this amount must be paid at the latest 1 month before your arrival on our premises.

If you booked less than a month before your stay, we require that the whole amount of your stay be paid by credit card only.

For the pitches, it is possible to extend your stay on site (according to availability). We thank you to inform the reception and to pay each night the day of the extension.

2. I’m not 18 yet. Can I still come to the campsite with my friends ?

We only welcome minors if they are accompanied by their legal guardian and for the entire duration of the stay.

3. How many people can be on a pitch ?

The rate is fixed for a maximum of six people.

4. How many people can stay in a mobile home ?

The number of people is determined according to mobile home categories: 

  • Plage : 2 people
  • Horizon : 4 people
  • Evasion, Azur : 5 people
  • Grand large : 6 people
  • Sable: 8 people
  • Bahia : 2bdr 4people 
  • Bahia : 3bdr 6people 
  • Lagon : 2bdr 4people
  • Lagon 3bdr 6 people. 
  • Cosy : 2 bdr 4people 
  • Cosy : 3 bdr 6people
  • Sable + : 8 people
  • Bahia + : 2bdr 4people 
  • Bahia + : 3bdr 6people 

No additional people can be accommodated for, and babies are included in the number.

5. How many people can stay in an ecolodge ?

Four people maximum. No additional people can be accommodated for.

6. What is my deposit for? How do you deposit it ?

The deposit is 200€ for cottages and tents rentals, we do not ask for deposits for pitches.
It must be submitted via a link that we send by email 7 days before your arrival.

The bank imprint requested is not debited, it acts as a guarantee of security for the reservation, if there is damage and after agreement of the parties we allow ourselves the possibility to collect the amount of the compensation.

The bank fingerprint will be deleted between 14 days and 30 days after your departure.
Do not hesitate to contact your bank to verify the eligibility of your credit card for the fingerprint.

We also remind you that the pitches and rentals must be completely stripped of all personal belongings and made perfectly clean, in which case we will be able to charge you the cleaning fee of 100€.

7. What do I do if I have Holiday Cheques ?

  • For the deposit, you must send them within 10 days of your booking.
  • For the balance you must send them up to 1 month before arrival. Sending registered with declared value recommended.

8. What are the cancellation conditions ?

You can cancel your stay if you have taken the cancellation guarantee, you will be refunded only if the reason for your cancellation is part of the cancellation guarantee.

9. What are the arrival and departure times ? 

  • Rent a mobile home or Ecolodge: Arrival from 4pm – Departure before 10am.
  • On the bare pitches: Arrival from 14h – Departure before noon.

10. How is the arrival organised ?

We have set up an arrival drive provided by our reception teams, you just have to go to the indicated place at the entrance of the campsite while staying in your car, we will come to you.
We remind you that your arrival is simplified thanks to you and the information you have given us in advance.
The deposit must also be paid in advance by email that we send you 7 days before your arrival date.

  • Bring your booking confirmation or customer reference as well as your deposit payment.
  • The campsite will refuse access to the rental to persons not listed in the booking contract or if the number of persons exceeds the capacity of the rented accommodation.

11. What should I do if I arrive late ?

If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours from 9am to 8pm, please let us know by phone or email.
Upon arrival, you will find directions next to the reception. We ask you to arrive the next morning at the reception, before 12:00 p. m. to finalize your check-in.

12. Should I bring my sheets ?

All our rentals are provided with duvets or blankets and pillows.
You can bring your bed linen or rent bed linen kits on site (1 kit = 1 bed = 12€).
Please inform us in advance the number of kits you would like by e-mail.

Please note that bed linen and bath kits are included in the Cottages Bahia, Lagon, Bahia +, Sable + and Cosy.

13. Is there TV in mobile homes ?

Yes, in all the mobil-homes.

14. Can I come to your establishment with a pet ?

We do not accept pets at our establishment. 

15. Is the pool heated ?

  • The covered pool and the slide pool are heated from May to September.
  • The outdoor pool and paddling pool are heated from May to September.

16. Is there Wi-Fi throughout the campsite and does it pay ?

The Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite with 1 access per booking and 3 accesses for premium Lagon cottages, one access refers to an unlimited internet connection for 1 device. Any additional access will be subject to a surcharge. Rates are available at reception.

17. Are there any animations ? Are they included ?

Yes, there are activities for the whole family during the July-August school holidays. Some activities outside the campsite may be subject to a fee. 

18. Do visitors have free access to the aquatic area ?

Only holidaymakers are accepted in our aquatic area. 

19. What are the opening dates of the snack and bar ?

The snack bar and bar are open from May to September. Schedules are subject to periodicity.

20. What type of barbecue is allowed?

Charcoal barbecues are allowed. You can bring your own or rent charcoal barbecues on site. Electric barbecues and planchas are prohibited.

21. I have booked a cottage, can I set up a tent on the cottage site?

Whether for a rental or an eco-lodge tent no tent can be installed on the site.

22. How far is the beach, the bike paths, the city center ?

The beach is located 700m away from the campsite. You can access the beach via the street pathway opposite our campsite. Access to cycle paths also start opposite the campsite. The town centre is 4.5km away.
