It took 16 years of work to bring this magical project to fruition, using period materials and mastery of manufacturing techniques, the designers at Vendée Miniature have recreated this stunningly realistic village, showcasing the trades and life of the Vendée region in the 1900s.

From the church to the mill, from the shops to the station: it’s all there! Each character is unique, and integrated into an original mise-en-scène. Each object has been made to measure, with precision, as evidenced by the thousands of hand-shaped, kiln-fired tiles…
