For both pitches and Mobile Home / Ecolodge rentals, your balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.

If you make a reservation less than 30 days before your arrival date, we ask you to pay the total amount of your stay by credit card only.

For camping pitches, it is possible to extend your stay on site (subject to availability). Please inform reception and pay for each additional night on the day of extension.

Please note that we only accept minors accompanied by their legal guardians for the duration of their stay.

Rates are for a maximum of 6 people.

The number of people depends on the category:
Cottage Plage: 2 people / Horizon : 4 persons / Evasion, Azur: 5 persons / Océan, Grand Large: 6 persons / Sable : 8 persons.
New in 2022: Cottage Bahia 2 & 3 bedrooms for 4 or 6 people / Cottage Lagon Premium 2 & 3 bedrooms for 4 or 6 people. New for 2023: Cottage Cosy 2 & 3 bedrooms for 4 or 6 persons / Cottage Bahia + 2 & 3 bedrooms for 4 or 6 persons / Cottage Sable + for 8 persons

No additional person is possible, and babies are counted as one person.

The security deposit is €200 for cottage and tent rentals. No deposit is required for camping pitches. A payment link will be sent by email 7 days before your arrival.

The requested bank imprint is not debited, it acts as a guarantee for the reservation, if there is degradation and after common agreement of the parties we leave ourselves the possibility of cashing the amount of the compensation.

The bank imprint will be removed between 14 days and a maximum of 30 days after your departure.
Do not hesitate to contact your bank to check whether your bank card is eligible for the imprint.

We also remind you that pitches and rentals must be completely cleared of all personal belongings and left perfectly clean, in which case we may charge you a cleaning fee of €100.

For the deposit, payment must be sent within 10 days of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 40 days before arrival. We recommend sending your payment by registered post with declared value.

• For mobile home or furnished tent rentals: Check-in from 4 pm – Check-out before 10 am.
• Bare pitches: Arrival from 2pm – Departure before noon.

We have set up an arrival drive, which is handled by our reception teams, You just have to go to the place indicated at the entrance to the campsite and stay in your car, we ‘ll come to you.
We remind you that your arrival is simplified thanks to and the information you have given us beforehand.
The deposit must also be paid in advance via the e-mail we send you 7 days before yourarrival date.

• Please bring your booking confirmation or customer reference and your deposit.
• The campsite will refuse access to the accommodation to persons not registered on the booking contract or if the number of persons exceeds the capacity of the rented accommodation.

If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours (9am-8pm), please let us know by phone or email.
On arrival, you will find signs next to reception. We ask you to arrive at reception by 12 noon the following day to finalize your check-in.

All our rentals are equipped with duvets or blankets and pillows.
You can bring your own bed linen or rent sheet kits on site (1 kit = 1 bed = €12).
Please let us know in advance by email how many kits you would like to reserve.

Please note that sheet and towel kits are included in the Bahia, Lagon, Bahia +, Sable + and Cosy Cottages.

Yes, in all mobile homes.

We do not accept pets in our establishment.

• The indoor pool and waterslide are heated from May to September.
• The outdoor pool and paddling pool are heated from May to September.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite: 1 access per booking and 3 accesses for Lagon Premium Cottages. Each access provides unlimited internet for 1 device. Additional accesses are available at an extra cost. Prices are available at reception.

Yes, there are activities for the whole family during the school summer holidays in July and August. Some external activities may incur an additional charge.

No, aquatic area regulations only authorize access by campsite guests.

The snack bar and bar are open from May to September. Schedules are subject to periodicity.

Charcoal barbecues are permitted. You can bring your own or rent charcoal barbecues on site. Electric barbecues and planchas are prohibited.

No tent may be set up on the pitch, whether for rental or for an ecolodge tent.

The beach is 700 m from the campsite. Access is via a lane in a subdivision of second homes with little traffic.

Access to the cycle paths is opposite the campsite. You can rent a bike at the campsite.

The town center is 4.5km away.
